Important Registration Information

Waiting List
Reservations are always accepted on a first come, first serve basis. When a camp session is filled a wait list will be created. To be added to the wait list submit the completed registration form along with the check for the deposit. Deposits will be held pending an opening.


Health Form Requirements
Camper’s with medical impairments or limitations must have a health examination within twenty-four (24) months of camp session and present a health form signed by a licensed physician as well as a recent health history completed by a parent. For new campers—necessary health forms will be included in your confirmation packet.


Liability Release Forms
All campers are also required to have a current Liability Release Form on file in the ranch office during their stay. The form will be included with your confirmation packet and may be returned prior to arrival or at check-in.


Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit per session is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should the need to cancel a reservation occur, the deposit may not be applied to a future program nor to another camper. The camp fee will be refunded minus the non-transferable deposit. Any withdrawal after the start of the camp program, at the parent’s request or the camp’s request for behavior or personal reasons, will forfeit the full camp fee. In case of accident or illness during the camp session, if the camper returns home upon recommendation of the camp’s medical advisor, the unused portion of the fee will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.
